Fortunately, there's a lot of time not spent in school, and we've been exploring other things too. This is Camps Bay beach, about a quarter of a mile from where we live. The ocean and the mountains together make an incredible physical and natural environment - and we've made it a family project to learn more about what surrounds us. At the moment, we're watching the full moon - it rises at 7pm behind our house, and goes down (moonset) at 6:30 the next morning on the other side, over the ocean.
